Eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmesan, sweetcorn, salt and pepper.

- Pour into a pie dish and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.

White beans, red beans, tomato puree, cumin, paprika, tortillas, and fun toppings.

Jacket Potatoes with Protein Fillings
Potatoes plus tuna mayo, cottage cheese, cheddar, sweetcorn, baked beans, or date syrup.

- Dollop portions onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake at 180C for 18 minutes.
Honey Roast Chicken Tray
Chicken, potatoes, carrots, onion, grape juice, olive oil, honey, paprika, salt and pepper.

- Add potatoes and carrots, then pour grape juice over the base.
- Season, drizzle, cover, and roast until golden.
Chickpea & Courgette Coconut Curry
Courgettes, onion, chickpeas, coconut milk, tomato puree, garlic, ginger, turmeric and cumin.

- Add courgettes, chickpeas, coconut milk, and tomato puree.
- Simmer gently and adjust seasoning to taste.
Baked Tofu in Honey-Soy Sauce
Tofu, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, plus optional peppers or chickpeas.

- Slice tofu and place it in a small roasting tin.
- Mix olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over the tofu, cover, and bake at 180C.
Classic Chocolate Brownies
